Design objectives of special mounting device for key locking thread insert:
1.Quick installation: reduce installation time, improve work efficiency.
2.Accurate positioning: ensure that the key locking thread insert is accurately installed in the predetermined position.
3.Protect the key locking thread insert: Avoid damage to the key locking thread insert during installation.
4. Strong adaptability: can be applied to different specifications and materials of the key locking thread insert.
Product use method
2. Tapping - tap the screw hole. The tapping length must be longer than that of the Key Locking Thread Inserts. If it is a through hole, it must be fully tapped. The accuracy of screw hole thread can be detected by using threaded low hole plug gauge.
3. Screw in - install the Key Locking Thread Inserts into the tapped screw hole, and the Key Locking Thread Inserts must be slightly lower than the surface of the product accessories.
4. Pin press in - use a tool to press the pin key into the screw hole.
