    Installation Procedures

    1. Drill pilot hole strictly following recommended bore dimension, fully remove burr around hole edge.
    2. Tap pre-drilled hole with matched exclusive tap, blow out metal scraps with compressed air.
    3. Fix insert onto dedicated installation tool with lock pin end facing workpiece surface.
    4. Rotate tool clockwise steadily to screw insert flush with workpiece surface, keep vertical all the time.
    5. Apply stable torque to squeeze lock pins into substrate until full embedding to finish locking.

    Important Installation Tips

    1. Never reverse wrench after pins start embedding, counter rotation will crack lock pins and waste inserts.
    2. Slow down installation speed when mounting on soft magnesium/aluminum alloy to avoid base cracking.
