Strengthen Safety Awareness, Consolidate Production Foundation | FH-Flight Holds Special Safety Training
2026-09-14
To standardize workshop operations, reduce potential hazards and protect the safety of all staff and factory property, FH-Flight organized a special safety training session for all employees last Saturday, covering electricity safety, fire prevention, machine operation rules and daily life safety tips to solidify factory safety management.
The training combined real factory scenarios with four core modules. The first part introduced rules for electricity use, pointing out improper operations on equipment circuits and sockets, and clarifying requirements for power cut-off, regular line inspection and moisture-proof protection to avoid short circuit and electric leakage risks. The second section focused on fire safety, including the operation of fire extinguishers and hydrants, storage standards of flammable materials, initial fire handling and evacuation routes, prohibiting smoking in workshops and blockage of fire exits.
The third module explained safety details for production equipment, listing full-process norms for pre-start inspection, operation monitoring and post-shutdown maintenance. Mandatory rules about protective gear wearing and immediate shutdown for equipment faults were highlighted to prevent mechanical injuries. The last part supplemented daily safety knowledge including commuting traffic, dormitory electricity use, heatstroke and flood prevention, extending safety awareness beyond working hours.
The instructor illustrated consequences of irregular operations with hidden danger cases in the factory. Participants took notes and discussed safety puzzles encountered at work. All attendees acknowledged the training covered multiple scenarios in work and daily life, guiding them to standardize behaviors and avoid risks.
Safety management underpins stable factory operation. The company will arrange regular safety training sessions, refine safety control rules and guide all staff to stay alert to hidden dangers, follow safety codes strictly and build a steady and orderly working environment together.
