Reunite Amid Mountains and Rivers, Forge Ahead with Unity! FH-Flight Completes 3-Day Team Building Trip to Luoyang

To enrich employees’ spare life, relieve work pressure from production and sales, and strengthen team cohesion, Xinxiang FH-Flight Fastener Co., Ltd. organized a 3-day & 2-night team travel activity to Luanchuan, Luoyang from the 14th to the 16th of this month. All staff visited two famous scenic spots, Chongdugou and Jiguan Cave, relaxing and bonding together in stunning natural landscapes.

The travel schedule was well-planned in advance with full arrangements for transportation, accommodation, catering and safety support. The first stop was Chongdugou Scenic Area, known as "Jiangnan of Northern China", covered with thousands of mu of bamboo forests and countless waterfalls and streams. Employees strolled along mountain trails, enjoying the clear springs and layered waterfalls surrounded by lush greenery. During hiking, colleagues supported each other and chatted freely. Staff from production, sales and QC departments set aside daily work stress, visiting scenic spots side by side and sharing daily stories, deepening mutual friendship among green mountains and clear waters.

Later, the team visited Jiguan Cave, reputed as "No.1 Cave in Northern China", to explore the magnificent natural karst cave formed over 800 million years ago. The cave maintains a constant temperature of 18°C all year round. Colorful lights illuminate various stalactites, stalagmites and stone curtains, forming an underground crystal palace shaped by nature’s craftsmanship. Everyone stopped to take photos and marveled at the unique geological views. Walking through eight grand halls, teammates reminded each other of slippery paths, showing consistent mutual support.

During the 3-day trip, the team admired natural wonders by day and shared local farm food together at night, chatting freely after check-in. Without job boundaries, all employees enjoyed sincere companionship. Away from busy production and customer service work, they discovered warm sides of each other beyond daily duties, greatly enhancing team belonging and unity.
