Process Coordination and Efficient Connection! Flight Fastener Conducts Special Training on Inter-Process Cooperation

To strengthen collaboration between different production processes, eliminate bottlenecks in workflow connection, and improve overall production efficiency and delivery stability, Xinxiang Flight Fastener Co., Ltd. organized a special training session on inter-process cooperation last week, with all production-related staff participating.

The training focused on "empathy and cooperation between processes", systematically sorting out connection details across the entire workflow from order receipt, production processing, quality inspection to packaging and shipping. Using real production cases, the instructor explained key points of information transmission between processes, emphasizing the responsibility awareness of upstream processes to downstream processes and the feedback mechanism of downstream processes to upstream ones, guiding employees to establish the collaborative concept that "the next process is your customer".

The training clarified standardized information transmission processes and communication mechanisms to address common issues such as information deviation, delayed connection and unclear responsibility boundaries between processes. All employees are required to promptly synchronize key information including product specifications, batches and special requirements during production, and keep clear process handover records to avoid disrupting production progress and product quality due to information gaps. Through on-site interactive discussions, employees shared their experiences and challenges in inter-process cooperation based on their own work, and explored methods to optimize connection efficiency.

This training effectively enhanced employees’ awareness of process coordination and helped them master key details of cross-position cooperation.
