To further standardize packaging and shipping processes, prevent product mix-up risks, and ensure delivery accuracy and customer satisfaction, Xinxiang Flight Fastener Co., Ltd. organized a special training session on packaging and shipping procedures, focusing on strengthening management details at the final production stage.

The training covered the full workflow of wire Thread Inserts from finished product receipt to final delivery, identifying potential mix-up risks in four key links: incoming inspection, packaging labeling, special handling, and pre-shipment verification, with corresponding solutions established. Requirements were clarified at each stage: during incoming inspection, order details must be cross-checked with product specifications, material, coil count, and condition, and product information must be documented promptly. During packaging, labels must be filled out immediately, specifications and batches verified at warehouse entry, unpackaged products kept separate to avoid mixing, and packaged items returned to designated locations with inventory records updated.

For special scenarios such as emergency reworking or temporary dye cleaning, the training emphasized marking specifications and batches in advance, keeping corresponding labels secure, matching labels after processing, and returning remaining products to their designated positions. For shipping, delivery notes must be cross-checked against products for material, specifications, condition, and quantity, and labels and inventory updated for leftover or returned products to eliminate the risk of incorrect shipments at the source.

During the training, employees discussed practical questions from daily work, clarifying operational standards and control points for each link and strengthening overall risk prevention awareness. Through this session, staff in packaging and shipping positions gained a clearer understanding of process specifications and anti-mix-up measures, significantly improving the rigor and standardization of their work.
