To further enhance all employees’ understanding of industry standards for wire Thread Inserts, standardize production and delivery processes, and better meet customer requirements, Xinxiang Flight Fastener Co., Ltd. organized a special training session on wire thread insert industry standards last week, with all relevant staff participating.

The training focused on the core standard system for wire thread inserts, systematically covering major standards including GB, GJB, HB, and DIN8140. It provided detailed explanations of product specifications, dimensional tolerances, material requirements, performance indicators, and marking specifications under different standards, while sorting out key technical points of aviation standards such as HB5513-6. This helped employees fully understand the requirements for insert products across different industries and customers.

During the training, the instructor compared production differences and control points for products under different standards using real order cases, clarifying common misunderstandings in standard interpretation that may affect product quality and delivery. Employees listened attentively, actively discussed and asked questions about standard-related issues encountered in daily work, deepening their understanding and application of various standards.
