Key Locking Threaded Inserts
Key locking threaded insert is a special fastener with threads inside and outside, and 4 or 2 latch keys on the outer thread. The key locking threaded insert is inserted into the bottom hole after tapping, and then the bolt is pressed in to achieve a strong fastening effect.
Features of Key locking thread insert
1. It can effectively repair damaged threads;
2. It is especially suitable for applications that require high-strength internal threads, which can effectively resist earthquakes and pull out;
3. Relative to ordinary stainless steel wire thread insert, it can enhance the strength of the threaded hole more effectively;
4. The key-locking thread insert has carbon steel and stainless steel, and the specifications also have metric and inch sizes;
5. Simple to use, easy to install and operate.
From the appearance of the product, key locking threaded inserts can be divided into thin-wall type and heavy-duty type. There are also reinforced and super heavy types.
