      FH-Flight FH Self-Tapping Thread Inserts are one-piece dual-thread fasteners integrated with cutting slots or cutting holes. Unlike wire thread inserts, they eliminate pre-tapping procedures for base holes, only requiring standard pre-drilling before installation.
      As the core solution for lightweight manufacturing thread reinforcement, they create wear-free, vibration-resistant high-load internal threads inside low & medium shear strength substrates, and can perfectly repair stripped, damaged threaded holes without replacing entire workpieces.

      We supply complete series to cover diverse working conditions:

      • 302 Series (Cutting Slot): For low shear strength materials (aluminum, magnesium, plastic, hardwood)
      • 307/308 Series (Cutting Hole): For medium/high shear strength materials (cast iron, copper alloy)
